Uccello’s Elite Climber 3030, Rim Brake Wheel Set is a lightweight, durable tubeless-ready carbon wheel set that cuts through the air with race-winning precision. Thanks to the 30mm rim height, this wheel set offers both aerodynamic gains on flatter courses and a total system weight of just 1045 grams. The Elite Climber is perfect for mountainous terrain.

With a broader, tubeless-ready rim design, riders can run bigger, more puncture-resistant tyres for a faster and more comfortable ride. Thanks to the Grooved Graphene high temperature brake track, braking performance is the best available on a carbon rim.

At the centre of these wheels lie the Extralite hub set. At Uccello Cycles we have settled on the Hyper Ceramic bearing option as standard equipment. With Silicon Nitride bearings and super hardened Stainless 440c races, these  bearings offer lasting durability, season after season. These hubs are laced to the rim via 20 Forged Titanium  spokes on the front and 24 on the rear to maximise wheel strength and durability even further.

The Titanium spokes provide light weight comparable to Carbon Spokes but with a thinner more aerodynamic profile and exceptionally smooth ride characteristics. The spokes are secured with internal alloy nipples for a clean profile and optimum aerodynamic performance.

Our wheels are hand built in Melbourne to the finest tolerances. Each wheel set is shipped with a certified build report signed by the mechanic.
